Google accounts:
gmail.readonly access allows to view your email messages and settings. We only use this to identify all the companies in your digital footprint.
OpenID access allows to view your email address and your basic profile info. We only use this for your profile when you log in and to verify your identity.
Microsoft account:
mail.read access allows to view your email messages. We use this only to identify companies in your digital footprint.
OpenID access allows to view your basic profile info. We use this only for your profile when you log in.
Yahoo accounts:
Read/Write acess allows to view your email messages and settings. We use this only to identify companies in your digital footprint. We don’t use the write access at this stage (This is a default combined permission for Yahoo).
OpenID access allows to view your email address and your basic profile info. We use this only for your profile when you log in and to verify your identity.
Google accounts:
gmail.send access allows you to send email messages upon your request directly from your email. We use this only as part of the reclaim process to verify it’s you when sending an official data reclaim-request to a company or when replying to a company from within the app. You will always get a preview of the message before sending.
Microsoft accounts:
mail.send access allows to send email messages upon your request directly from your email.

How does our technology work?
Mine discovered that 90% of your digital footprint can be found by looking for traces of interactions with companies that you hold in your email’s inbox.
This is why we’ve built a non-intrusive technology that reconstructs your footprint by searching your email history.

Mine's non-intrusive proprietary AI identifies traces of data interactions with companies by analyzing subject lines and metadata in the email inbox. It’s all "in-memory" so the email body is never processed and no emails are collected.

Mine's AI then analyzes the companies’ privacy policies to determine the collected data type.

Mine maps your digital footprint, calculates the risk score and provides recommendations.
